Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow an international client portfolio within the Tech division, coordinating with operations, support, and customers to drive performance and project implementations.

You will lead KPI improvements, quarterly business reviews, and manage pricing and commercial agreements while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

Experience in account/contract management within contract logistics.
Experience with KPI management, commercial analyses, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience with SAP or similar systems.
Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Managing and growing customer relationships within a complex contract logistics environment.
Analyzing and improving SLA performance, KPIs, and commercial results.
Leading MBRs/QBRs and translating data into concrete improvement actions.
Identifying commercial opportunities such as upselling, contract expansions, and service improvements.
Managing contracts, pricing, indexations, and commercial agreements.
