You will drive commercial and contractual outcomes, coordinate invoicing and month-end close, and work across operations, support, and business support teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in supply chain, logistics, or business.
• Experience in customer success or contract management in contract logistics.
• Experience with KPI management, analyses, and stakeholder management.
• Strong English communication skills; SAP or similar systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and grow a portfolio of international clients within the Tech division.
• Act as strategic business partner for commercial, financial, and project matters; handle contracts and invoicing.
• Coordinate change initiatives and system enhancements in logistics processes; liaise between customer and internal teams.
