Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international clients within its Tech division. You will act as a strategic business partner for commercial, financial and project matters, coordinating invoicing, contracts, and change initiatives.

You will work in a complex contract logistics environment, collaborating with operations, support and business teams to drive performance, identify opportunities, and build long‑term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, logistics or business.
• Experience in a customer success/contract management role in contract logistics.
• Experience with KPI management, commercial analyses and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiar with SAP or similar systems and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and expand a portfolio of clients within the Tech division.
• Act as strategic partner for customers on commercial, financial and project matters.
• Coordinate contract and revenue development, invoicing, and month-end close activities.
• Lead change initiatives and system enhancements or new logistics processes.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure successful delivery.
