Job summary

Arvato is launching a new customer operation at a cutting-edge logistics campus in the Netherlands. You will join the Customer Support team to build and optimize support processes and act as the main operational contact for the customer and internal stakeholders.

You will operate in a fast-paced, global logistics environment with focus on customer satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement, contributing from day one to establish best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education and thinking ability.
• 2–5 years in reporting, customer support or similar ops.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for customer queries.
• Ensure smooth operational communication and exceptional service.
• Build and maintain customer relationships on SLA, transport, customs.
• Manage systems, applications and operational data.
• Provide accurate information and reports to customers and stakeholders.
• Execute tasks aligned with service levels and business needs.
• Monitor quality, identify deviations and drive improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements.
