Job summary

pladis seeks a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator in the Netherlands (Zaandam area) to manage end‑to‑end order fulfilment, liaise with warehouses and transport partners, and drive service excellence. The role blends operational logistics and customer service with growth opportunities across the supply chain.

You will report to the CS&L Manager, collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning and International teams, and contribute to continuous improvement and data reporting.

Qualifications

University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar
Experience in Customer Service or Logistics (or internships) is a plus
Proficient MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis

Responsibilities

Handle order entry, on-time deliveries, and invoicing
Coordinate inbound/outbound flows, slot bookings, and transport exceptions
Support inventory controls, cost tracking and KPI reporting
Assist co-packing planning and execution with suppliers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regional European logistics context
