Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Breda. You will be the main point of contact for customers and logistics partners, managing the entire order lifecycle and supporting service delivery from receipt to delivery.

Responsibilities include processing orders, monitoring progress, handling claims, and collaborating with sales and logistics to ensure smooth operations. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Completed MBO diploma in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers and logistics partners regarding delivery questions and feedback.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and shipments.
• Monitor order progress and inventory levels and communicate to resolve discrepancies.
• Independently handle customer claims, complaints, and credit notes as needed.
• Create and maintain customer-specific work instructions.
• Process consignment and export orders correctly in the system.
• Contribute ideas to improve departmental processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and external service teams to ensure smooth operations.
