Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the customer service team at a flagship facility in the Moerdijk area.
• Serve as central point of contact for the client and team; ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor processes, address disruptions, and inform all parties about changes or delays.
• Prepare KPI reports and discuss results with the Operations Manager and team.
