Customer Service Associate (Supply Chain & Order Management)

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Contract: 12-month assignment with high potential extension

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join an international organisation operating within a dynamic supply chain environment. In this role, you will serve as the key link between customers, logistics, operations and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining high service levels throughout the order lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and junior professionals looking to build a career in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Operations.
What You'll Do
- Process and manage customer orders through various systems and platforms.
- Monitor order progress and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and updates.
- Handle order amendments and change requests in line with company procedures.
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation and customer specifications.
- Support customers with questions regarding invoices, contracts and deliveries.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal stakeholders when required.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain and operations teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer service processes.

- Experience working in an international business environment.
