pladis is seeking a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator in the Netherlands to ensure end-to-end order fulfilment from intake to invoicing. You will be the central link between customers, 3PL warehouses, transport partners, and internal teams, driving service excellence and process improvements.

The role offers development opportunities, exposure to a global supply chain, and collaboration across Commercial, Finance, and Planning.

Formación

• University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or similar.
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Logistics (internships count).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE, SAP or similar).
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch.

Responsabilidades

• Handle accurate order entry, on-time deliveries, and invoicing.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound flows and slot bookings with 3PL and carriers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cost/performance KPIs.
• Support co-packing planning and documentation.
