Sire Search is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end order-to-cash for export customers across the Americas and Europe. You will coordinate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales to ensure smooth operations in an international setting.

The role requires HBO level education, SAP experience, and strong Excel skills, with fluency in Dutch and English. Spanish is a plus, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• HBO level education with relevant work experience in operations.
• Experience in Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Comfort with SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding orders and deliveries.
• Manage the full order process and related documentation within SAP.
• Monitor order execution and proactively resolve issues with internal teams.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and internal stakeholders (Planning, Logistics, Sales).
• Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and support continuous improvement.
• Keep logistical master data and customer-specific requirements up to date.
• Assist forecasting activities through stock and sales reporting where relevant.
• Participate in project work and operational improvement initiatives.

Job Description

Customer Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process for export customers across the Americas and Europe. • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding orders and deliveries.

• Maintain daily communication with customers and internal stakeholders, including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Sales.

• Assist in forecasting activities through stock and sales reporting where relevant.

Requirements

• HBO level education and working experience.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Accurate, proactive, and customer-focused with the ability to work independently.
• Interest in process improvement and ongoing learning.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, or Dairy industries is highly advantageous.
