Job summary

MatchWornShirt is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to co-own the CRM strategy and execution for a global base of fans and collectors. You will drive retention and lifetime value through data-driven, always-on campaigns across email, push, WhatsApp, webhook, web and app.

You’ll collaborate with our current CRM team and cross-functional partners to convert casual fans into engaged bidders and customers, shaping personalised journeys that scale internationally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital marketing with CRM focus.
• Experience building automated campaigns in Customer.io.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications or Business.

Responsibilities

• Co-own CRM strategy across web, app, email, push, webhooks and WhatsApp.
• Own and evolve always-on automations in Customer.io.
• Concept, build and execute campaigns to increase LTV and bid participation.
• Drive segmentation and personalisation using behavioural data.
• Translate sports moments into timely campaigns for fans and collectors.
• Act as a technical owner within Customer.io and evaluate new features.
• Collaborate with Data/Analytics, Product, Creative and Customer Service.
