Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Manager in the Partner & Courier CRM team to own global lifecycle communications and drive customer and partner engagement.

You will work directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building journeys, optimizing campaigns, and coordinating with regional and central teams to deliver timely, high-impact messaging across Email, Push and In-App channels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SFMC experience building, testing, and launching campaign automations.

Responsibilities

• Journey Building & Execution: set up, test, and deploy key lifecycle journeys inside SFMC Journey Builder.
• Campaign Orchestration: apply segmentation and multi-channel messaging via data extensions.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: review journey metrics and run A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with regional and central teams to align content and rollouts.
• Process Improvement: maintain QA standards and simplify workflows across the CRM team.
