Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a data-driven B2B CRM Marketing Executive to drive reactive, lifecycle and product-launch campaigns for our SaaS products, partnering with Product, Sales and Supply teams to keep salon partners engaged.

You will localise campaigns across markets and languages, analyse campaign performance, and move quickly from brief to on-brand, high-impact CRM sends that demonstrate value of Treatwell’s software to partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B CRM or lifecycle marketing in the tech sector.
• Experience with email CRM platforms (HubSpot) required.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across markets.
• English fluency; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• New Product & Feature Launch Campaigns: End-to-end CRM campaigns for new SaaS products and features to inform, activate and drive adoption.
• Reactive & Ad Hoc Campaigns: Handle quick-turnaround briefs into on-brand CRM sends.
• Lifecycle & Retention Campaigns: Build lifecycle campaigns to convey value and reduce churn.
• Multi-Market Localisation: Localise content for multiple markets and languages while keeping brand consistency.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product, Sales and Supply to ensure campaigns are briefed, built and delivered on time.
