Job summary

Robin Radar Systems in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to grow our global account base in Military Aviation. You’ll translate complex customer needs into proposals, drive contract negotiations, and manage strategic relationships across regions outside North America.

Expect travel up to 40% and close collaboration with Sales, Tech Sales, Service and Marketing. You bring 8–10 years in international business development, a deep understanding of military aviation

Qualifications

• BA or MSc in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10 years in business development/account management in international environment.
• Deep understanding of military aviation sector and government procurement processes.
• Prior radar technology or aviation infrastructure experience desirable.
• Fluent in English for business; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned global customers; build relationships and account plans.
• Lead sales generation, negotiations, and closing of new/renewal contracts.
• Drive pipeline through virtual/in-person meetings and trade shows.
• Forecast, report on sales results and profitability for alignment and growth.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Bid Ops, Tech Sales, and Quality.
