Job summary

Luba is seeking a Customer Service Germany professional in Leiden/Leiderdorp. The role is full-time with a hybrid work option and a focus on growth. You will process orders, manage inquiries, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate ERP entries.

Requirements include German and English fluency, 3+ years in a similar role, and ERP/ export knowledge. The company offers development, an annual bonus, and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum mbo working and thinking level, preferably hbo
• Excellent command of the German and English language, both spoken and written
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales support role
• Experience with ERP systems and export documentation is a plus
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and accurate approach to work

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and customer inquiries via phone or email
• Enter orders into ERP and monitor their progress and delivery times
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments locally and internationally
• Prepare price proposals and quotations and answer export-related questions
• Handle after-sales and resolve complaints with the sales team
