Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years in a customer service, operations or sales support environment.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with Excel and SAP Business One or similar ERP.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation is a plus.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry is advantageous.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for German-speaking customers, coordinating with sales and internal teams.
• Manage customer orders end to end from order entry through shipment and invoicing.
• Validate customer data at order stage, including pricing and terms.
• Handle inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, billing, and invoicing.
• Support the sales team with operational issues and delivery constraints.
• Address customer complaints promptly with escalation where required.
• Maintain accurate customer and account records for billing and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
