As a customer service germany, you are the link between the client and the organization. You work full-time (40 hours per week) with the option to work partly from home. You start your working day by processing incoming orders and customer inquiries via phone or email. You ensure every order is correctly entered into the ERP system, monitor the progress of orders, and keep track of delivery times. You handle price proposals, quotations, and answer questions about export procedures. You are also responsible for after-sales and resolving complaints together with the sales team.
