Job summary

Luba in Leiden/Leiderdorp is seeking a dedicated Customer Care professional to join our international central care team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers regular contact with customers and colleagues abroad, with growth opportunities and training to develop professionally.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, processing them in the ERP system, advising on products and pricing, handling quotations, ensuring delivery and invoicing, and following up on questions and complaints with

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO level education required.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or sales support.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders and customer inquiries daily.
• Process orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Maintain contact with customers and provide product and pricing advice.
• Handle quotations and ensure delivery and invoicing.
• Follow up on complaints and questions with the sales team.
• Collaborate with manager in an international environment.
