Job summary

Nordic Jobs Worldwide is recruiting for a German-speaking Customer Service Ambassador in Amsterdam to join an international team for a well-known cosmetics and lifestyle brand. You will assist customers via phone, email and social media with a personal touch.

You will complete a 4-day training in Amsterdam, work 28 hours per week (Mon–Fri 08:45–21:00, some weekend shifts), and have the option to work from home a few days per week with a daily remote allowance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Available for 28 hours per week.
• Creative and customer-focused writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, social media, and email with personalized responses.
• Listen to customers and understand their individual needs.
• Provide accurate information and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Go above and beyond to satisfy customers and create a positive experience.
• Complete an initial 4-day training in Amsterdam with full-time availability during training.
