Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador in Amsterdam. You will be the calm, confident voice behind the screen and on the phone, turning questions into solutions and “just browsing” into “add to basket.” You’ll support customers via email, phone and social media, recommending the right Rituals product for their moment.

You’ll work with a hybrid model at The Edge West, Sloterdijk, Amsterdam, with at least 50% time in the office.

Qualifications

• German (native) and English (C1–C2) written and spoken professionally.
• Experience delivering customer-focused service without scripts.
• Ability to spot upsell opportunities and match customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for German- and English-speaking customers: questions, concerns, compliments and order issues.
• Deliver personal and engaging service (no copy-paste replies or scripts).
• Spot sales opportunities and recommend products that match customer needs.
• Monitor quality and productivity with targets and KPIs while staying authentic.
• Focus on solutions and ensure customers feel heard throughout.
• Bring Rituals brand to life through service and help customers enjoy meaningful moments.
