You will assist travel agencies by phone with bookings, flights, luggage and loyalty questions, delivering excellent service and accurate solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

• Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries.

• Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
