Job summary

Holmen, Amsterdam office, is hiring a full-time Customer Service professional for the DACH team. You will handle daily customer enquiries, process orders, and assist with invoicing, while coordinating with sales and production to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements include native-level German, professional English, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication and Excel/order-system skills. Office-based role in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• German at near-native level and English at a professional level.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and create a positive atmosphere.
• Basic Excel skills and experience with order systems.
• Interest in inside sales and Dutch work location.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer enquiries, order processing, invoicing, and sample deliveries.
• Follow up on quotations, pricing, trials and sample deliveries.
• Coordinate call-offs to ensure delivery and stock management.
• Participate in weekly KPI meetings related to credit, stock, and claims.
• Review accounts monthly with sales to discuss customers and markets.
• Assist cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Service, Production, Transport).
• Contribute to payments analysis and drive issue resolution.
