Qualifications

• You have completed your education; a background in tourism and/or passion for travel is an advantage.
• You are customer-focused and results-oriented.
• You can handle stressful situations and enjoy working in an international environment.
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and proficient in English.
• Comfortable using computers and various systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries before holidays via phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate information, guidance, and recommendations for holidays.
• Process new reservations and manage changes or cancellations.
• Address and resolve issues or complaints before travel.
• Deliver personalized customer service while representing travel brands.
