Job summary

Eastman Industrial Supply, Inc. in Rotterdam, The Netherlands is seeking a Customer Service Representative (German language) to manage the end-to-end Order-To-Cash process and act as the primary contact for customers.

Office days are Monday to Thursday, with Friday optional work from home. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Planning and Logistics to deliver results in a diverse, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Internal Sales in an international environment.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of Customer Service/O2C as well as Logistics and Global Trade & Compliance processes.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German is required, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-To-Cash process and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Planning and Logistics to deliver results.
• Provide accurate information and resolve order and delivery issues promptly.
