Job summary

Our client in Dordrecht is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support international customers. You will handle orders, inquiries, and administrative tasks, with a focus on accurate data and friendly service.

Requirements include MBO-4 level, 1-2 years in e-commerce CS, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role is full-time and onsite 5 days per week, offering a competitive package including a pension plan and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• At least MBO-4 level or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.
• Customer-focused, resilient under pressure, and flexible.
• Available full-time and onsite 5x per week.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for international customers via Phone, Email & WhatsApp.
• Checking orders, tracking shipments, and resolving queries.
• Answering customer enquiries in a clear and friendly manner, with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborating with colleagues/teams to share knowledge and ensure accurate customer service.
• Handling administrative tasks: order processing, creating invoices, keeping customer and order data up to date.
