Job summary

Eastman Chemical B.V. seeks a Customer Service Representative for Chemical Intermediates in Rotterdam. You will manage the complete Order To Cash process, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Planning and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate service.

You will operate in a diverse portfolio and dynamic environment, prioritizing safety, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction while delivering tailored solutions to customers across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Internal Sales in an International environment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP / ERP and CRM (SalesForce) system is a plus.
• Knowledge of Customer Service/O2C as well as Logistics and Global Trade & Compliance processes.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German is required, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order To Cash processes and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Planning and Logistics to meet customer needs.
• Provide accurate information and resolve order and delivery issues.
• Work in a safety- and compliance-focused environment while delivering reliable service.
