Job summary

Rentman is seeking a German-speaking AV Industry Expert to join our Professional Services team. You will design and deliver paid trainings, both one-to-one and in groups, to maximize customer value and product adoption.

Your role includes creating video trainings and presenting at events in German-speaking markets, while maintaining strong internal processes and knowledge of Rentman’s platform. The position requires native or fluent German, fluency in English, and experience in AV/event rental.

Qualifications

• Native or very fluent in German and fluent in English.
• Experience in the AV, production, or event rental sector.
• Curiosity about how customers work and where the tool helps them.
• Ownership of pipeline and numbers and clear internal communication.
• Hybrid role based in Utrecht with strong training administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored training in German and English to maximize usage and satisfaction.
• Deliver at least 60% of time as direct, standardized training to customers.
• Create standardized training videos and webinars addressing common issues.
• Represent Rentman at customer-facing events in German-speaking markets.
• Expand and optimize professional services in a standardized way.
• Maintain current knowledge of Rentman functionality and industry challenges.
• Ensure smooth internal processes (availability, booking, invoicing) and frictionless customer journeys.
• Maintain a customer-friendly attitude and high-quality training output.
