Job summary

Rentman is seeking a German-speaking AV Industry Expert to deliver paid trainings and support for German-speaking customers as part of the Professional Services team. The role is hybrid and based in Utrecht, NL, with a focus on increasing product adoption and customer satisfaction.

You will create video trainings, assist onboarding, and represent Rentman at events in German-speaking markets while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German, and fluent in English.
• Experience in the AV, production, or event rental industry.
• Curious about how customers work and how the tool can serve them better.
• Take ownership of your pipeline and numbers.
• Clear communication with customers and internally.
• Keep training administration, scheduling, and invoicing organized.
• Willing to join the Utrecht office as this is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Rentman knowledge with customer-centricity to provide tailored training in German and English.
• Deliver at least 60% of time as direct, standardized but tailored training to customers.
• Build standardized video trainings/webinars for common support questions.
• Represent Rentman at customer-facing events or trade shows in German-speaking markets.
• Identify opportunities to expand and standardize our professional services.
