Rentman is seeking a North American Industry Expert to drive professional services and act as the primary trainer for our North American customers. You will influence product roadmap with field insights and collaborate with presales to deliver credible, in-depth answers to prospects.

In this role, you will expand and optimize our professional services, maintain updated knowledge of Rentman’s functionality, and ensure a frictionless customer journey across training, onboarding, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in the North American AV/event rental industry.
• Experience training or onboarding customers on SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence product direction with market insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored trainings to existing customers to accelerate onboarding and usage.
• Act as the North American Industry Expert within Rentman; refine product roadmap with market insights.
• Join presales conversations to provide credible, in-depth answers.
• Support the commercial team to move up-market and expand services.
• Maintain top-level knowledge of Rentman functionality and industry challenges.
• Ensure internal processes (availability, booking, invoicing) run smoothly and the customer journey stays frictionless.
