Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Team Leader to be at the heart of the guest journey. You will lead by example, oversee arrivals and departures, and ensure every stay exceeds expectations with warm, professional service.

You will coach colleagues, handle guest requests, and steer shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment. Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus, and Opera PMS experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front office teams in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Wamiliarity with Property Management Systems (Opera preferred).
