Job summary

Apollo Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to manage the full Front Office flow and ensure guests enjoy smooth check-in and check-out. You will mentor the team, handle scheduling, and drive daily operations with proactive, friendly service.

You speak Dutch and English fluently, bring at least 1 year of Front Office experience, and are flexible with shifts. Opera knowledge is a plus for this role at our Tribute Portfolio hotel in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Completed a relevant vocational education in hospitality.
• At least 1 year Front Office experience in a similar role.
• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Flexible in working hours (mornings/evenings/nights).
• Opera knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full Front Office operations for smooth check-in/out.
• Provide information and warm, friendly service to guests.
• Coach and motivate the Front Office team.
• Assist with scheduling and internal/external communication.
• Contribute to daily Front Office operation and guest satisfaction.
