Job summary

Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is offering an internship in the Front Office department. You will gain hands-on experience in guest services, check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day front desk operations within a busy international hotel.

The role requires current enrollment in hospitality studies, excellent English, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude. The internship lasts 5–6 months with a monthly €550 gross allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in hospitality or related study program
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Dutch or additional language skills are a plus
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced hotel environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs and respond to guest requests
• Support reservations, payments, and Front Office administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional Front Office environment in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance for smooth operations
• Learn and apply hotel procedures, standards and systems to ensure operational excellence
