Job summary

Sir Albert Hotel seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead day-to-day Front Office operations and manage a dedicated team of agents and trainees in Amsterdam. You will work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

With 1–2 years in a supervisory role and a passion for hospitality, you will communicate effectively in English and thrive in a dynamic, diverse team environment at Sir Albert, part of Sircle Collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a supervisor role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Affinity with hospitality and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive heartfelt service in collaboration with your team.
• Supervise Front Office Agents and Trainees.
• Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Greet and guide guests, conference attendees, and group leaders.
• Assist daily operations across departments as needed.
• Oversee Health and Safety procedures and crisis coordination.
• Handle guest complaints according to established procedures.

• Together with your team, you will ensure our guests will have the most heartfelt service;
• You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees;
• You will be working closely with the housekeeping and maintenance;
• Welcoming and guiding guests, conference guests and group leaders;
• Assist the daily operations in different departments;
• Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises;
• Handling complaints according to procedure.

Job requirements

You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.
