Job summary

Sircle Collection is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for Sir Albert in Amsterdam. You will lead the Front Office team, ensuring heartfelt guest service and coordinated operations across departments, including housekeeping and maintenance.

You will guide trainees, manage daily tasks, and handle guest feedback with professionalism in a dynamic, multicultural hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a supervisor role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Affinity with hospitality and strong communication skills.
• Able to connect with people from different cultures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive heartfelt service with your team.
• Supervise Front Office Agents and Trainees; oversee daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Welcome and guide guests, conference guests and group leaders.
• Assist daily operations across departments as needed.
• Oversee Health and Safety procedures and crisis coordination.
• Handle complaints according to established procedures.

• You will supervise the team of Front Office Agents and Trainees;

• Assist the daily operations in different departments;

• Overseeing "Health and Safety" procedures & coordination of crises;

• Handling complaints according to procedure.
