Job summary

Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre is seeking a Front Office Supervisor via Hosco in Amsterdam. You will support the reception team, mentor colleagues, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly during morning and afternoon shifts (06:45 and 14:45).

The night shift is outsourced and not part of your duties. You will coordinate with the Front Office Manager and receptionists, manage payments, and prepare two annual personnel evaluations with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a hotel.
• Preferably knowledge of the Opera IT system.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch language knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the reception and mentor front desk colleagues.
• Provide guidance and trainings to the team.
• Handle all administrative tasks in the front office.
