Moxy & Residence Inn Houthavens Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations and guest services. You will manage staffing, provide coaching, and ensure staff are trained to deliver a hospitable guest experience in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience at a front office desk.
• Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a plus.
• A good working knowledge of Opera is desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations including check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage staffing, plan and assign work and set performance goals.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to deliver hospitable service.
• Develop the team to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
