Kimpton de Witt Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Front Office Supervisor to lead a friendly, international team and deliver genuine heartfelt care to every guest. You will oversee daily Front Office operations, guide the team on busy shifts, and ensure a warm, personal welcome from arrival to departure.

You will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey and coach colleagues to grow confidence, skills, and passion for hospitality in line with Kimpton's standards.

Qualifications

• Front Office leadership experience in a hotel setting.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse team.
• Experience managing shifts and coordinating day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and set a high standard of guest service.
• Guide the Front Office team during busy periods and ensure smooth check-in/out experiences.
• Assist guests requests and resolve issues with a personal touch that aligns with Kimpton standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey and coach staff to grow in hospitality.
