Job summary

Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the Front Office team, ensuring a warm, personal guest experience from arrival to departure. You’ll guide staff on busy shifts, handle guest requests, and model the high standards Kimpton is known for in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch or other language skills are a plus. You’ll collaborate with other departments to create a seamless guest journey and focus on coaching the team to grow

Qualifications

Experience in Front Office with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Strong guest-service orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Fluency in English; Dutch or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Front Office operations and coach staff.
