Job summary

Holiday Inn the niu Fender Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Rockstar to welcome guests and handle inquiries in a friendly, energetic environment. You will work the front desk, check guests in and out, and support reservations while contributing to a memorable stay.

Requirements include a tourism/hospitality degree or relevant experience, English fluency, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Dutch is a plus, and Word/Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in tourism or hospitality or comparable experience.
• Fluent in English, Dutch a plus; other languages welcome.
• Flexible with weekdays/weekends, shifts 7:00 AM–11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests and manage reservations.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local hotspots.
• Handle guest inquiries and support guest requests.
• Maintain admin tasks and assist during shift briefings.
