Job summary

Linden Hotel in Amsterdam is seeking an all-round front office employee to cover reception and guest services. You’ll rotate across tasks in a small, versatile team, handling check-ins, guest requests, reservations and payments with a proactive attitude.

Multitasking and a passion for hospitality are essential. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and both full-time and part-time roles are welcomed as we nurture a friendly, guest-first environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent multitasking and guest-service skills.
• Strong command of Dutch and English is required.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day front office operations.
• Perform reception duties: check-in/check-out, guest requests via phone/email.
• Handle reservations and payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain room and public area cleanliness.
