Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - INK Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Front Office Team Member for day and night shifts, based in Amsterdam. You will welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and tailor stays with personal touches to ensure a memorable experience.

You will assist guests with inquiries, coordinate with departments, and help maintain safety and smooth nightly operations. A Scandinavian-friendly, international team awaits your contribution.

Qualifications

• Must have MBO degree in hospitality or tourism.
• At least 1 year of Front Office experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of PMS systems (Opera) preferred.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
• Full-time contract (38 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs.
• Personalize guest stays and offer local recommendations.
• Communicate guest preferences to departments for seamless stays.
• Resolve guest issues and turn problems into positive experiences.
• Ensure safety and smooth night operations.
