Job summary

Amsterdam Marriott Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join a vibrant team in the heart of Amsterdam. You will oversee guest check-ins/check-outs, manage cash transactions, and respond to guest requests with a focus on exceptional service.

The role requires morning and night shifts, with up to 50% night shift for night audits. A hospitality degree and NL work eligibility are preferred, along with strong English skills and additional language abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or equivalent.
• Must have permits to work in the Netherlands.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Fluent English; another language is a plus.
• Willingness to work morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Proactive and reliable with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and cash transactions.
• Address guest feedback and fulfill guest requests.
• Supervise Front Desk Clerks during shifts with collaboration to Front Office Manager.
• Assist with night audits up to 50% of time.
