Job summary

The July Twenty Eight in Amsterdam is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our front-office team. The role runs from 23:00 to 07:00, with a Thursday night requirement, ensuring smooth welcomes and a safe, pleasant atmosphere for guests.

You will be the first point of contact, handle check-ins, provide information in English, monitor the lobby, and prepare the morning handover for the day-shift colleagues. If you are a warm host who loves hospitality, know Amsterdam well, and can work

Qualifications

• Warm hospitality mindset and guest-centric approach.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Available for Thursday night shift and nights.
• Able to work 23:00–07:00 and live near Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and monitor lobby atmosphere and safety.
• Handle check-ins and preparations during the 23:00 shift with handover.
• Provide information to guests and ensure a smooth morning handover for the day team.
• Take care of wake-up calls and help set up breakfast in the lobby when needed.
