Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam seeks a confident Front Office Manager to lead our iconic 5-star front desk team. You will ensure every arrival feels special and every guest departs with memorable experiences, guiding a passionate staff with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage operations, uphold VIP standards, and collaborate across departments to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Dutch or additional languages a plus.
• Experience in a 4-5 star hotel setting.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations ensuring five-star service at all times.
• Handle VIPs, IHG One Rewards members, and repeat guests per brand standards.
• Monitor occupancy, room rates and revenue; optimize results and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Sales to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach and develop the Front Office team and conduct regular trainings.
