Job summary

Hotel Okura Amsterdam is a 5-star international property seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the reception team and maintain exemplary guest service. You will coordinate shifts, brief and mentor staff, greet VIP guests and uphold Leading Hotels of the World standards.

You will act as a hub between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Reservations, ensuring smooth operation and personalized guest experiences throughout the stay.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar Front Office role.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English, additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Front Office team across shifts.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and guest recognition.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Reservations.
• Handle VIP guests and resolve guest issues promptly.
