The Amstel Hotel, part of InterContinental Hotels Group in Amsterdam, seeks a confident Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure five-star guest service, warm hospitality, and memorable arrivals.

You will oversee operations, drive guest satisfaction, collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and Sales, and uphold IHG standards while coaching a passionate team and protecting safety and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4/5-star hotel experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or additional languages are a plus.
• Proven leadership and guest-relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Front Office operations to ensure five-star service.
• Provide VIP care for guests and treat repeat guests with premium attention.
• Handle complaints and resolve disputes with guests.
• Perform Front Desk duties and cover shifts as needed.
