IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a confident Front Office Manager for Amstel Hotel in Amsterdam. You will lead the Front Office team, delivering five-star service and memorable guest experiences.

The role combines hospitality leadership with revenue oversight, guest relations, and collaboration across departments to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch or other languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English; Dutch or additional languages a plus.
• Experience in a (4/5-star) hotel setting.
• Proficient with Opera PMS, Microsoft Office, and daily hotel operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office team to ensure seamless five-star service and set a positive example for guest relations.
• Uphold the highest hospitality standards for VIPs, IHG One Rewards members, and repeat guests in line with brand expectations.
• Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances; negotiate with others when needed.
• Perform Front Desk duties and run shifts when necessary.
• Monitor occupancy, room rates, and revenue performance; take action to optimize results and ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop new revenue and guest-satisfaction ideas with a focus on permanent improvement.
• Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, coach, and inspire the Front Office team; implement training plans and conduct regular meetings.
• Contribute to the hotel’s strategy and marketing plans; prepare the departmental budget with the Director of Rooms and provide leadership with KPI insights.
• Ensure Front Office operations meet high safety, grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
