Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office Manager (f/m/d) to lead the Front Office team with professional and disciplinary responsibility, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and consistent service standards.

You will be the guest-facing host, manage guest relations, concierge duties, and all administrative matters, coaching the team, monitoring quality standards, and contributing to the hotel management team.

• Experience leading a Front Office team in hospitality.
