Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Amersfoort is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, natural hospitality style. You will oversee concierge activities, administrative tasks, and drive upselling while maintaining high standards of operation.

You will guide a motivated team, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure smooth communication with guests and departments. English fluency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as (Assistant) Front Office Manager or equivalent.
• Strong guest-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Good command of English; Dutch language is an advantage.
• Ability to motivate and coach a front office team and manage guest-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team to deliver high service standards and upsell opportunities.
• Serve as the main guest contact for concierge and administrative tasks.
• Monitor quality standards, motivate the team, and contribute to hotel management decisions.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
