Job summary

Zaan Hotel Amsterdam Zaandam is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Manager who can lead, coach and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences across our 4-star property.

As the main point of contact for the Front Office, you will supervise daily operations, manage staff schedules, onboard new team members and collaborate with Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Able to delegate and adapt leadership style to different situations and individuals.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent guest experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team daily and be a visible floor presence.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members and provide feedback.
• Manage staff schedules and onboarding processes.
• Handle guest questions and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B and other departments.
• Identify improvements to Front Office operations.
